Client Services Rep

We are looking for a Client Services Rep to support client relationships and provide day-to-day administrative and service assistance in Greenville, South Carolina in a private wealth office. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and is interested in building a long-term career path within wealth and financial services. The role combines communication, scheduling, reporting support, and sales-oriented client service while offering exposure to financial planning operations.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client questions, requests, and follow-up communications in a thorough and timely manner.

• Coordinate appointments, review meetings, and calendar logistics to ensure a smooth client experience.

• Prepare and organize financial reports, client documents, and supporting materials for advisor and client meetings.

• Assist with inside sales activities by identifying client needs, following up on opportunities, and supporting relationship development.

• Provide remote assistance to clients and internal team members by resolving routine service issues and guiding next steps.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, meeting details, and service requests within company systems.

• Support financial planning workflows by gathering information, tracking outstanding items, and helping move cases forward.

• Contribute to a career progression path that begins in client service and builds toward increased advisory responsibility over time.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or client-facing support roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust with clients.
• Ability to schedule meetings, manage multiple priorities, and stay highly organized.
• Comfort preparing reports, reviewing details, and handling documentation accurately.
• Computer proficiency and confidence using common business software and digital communication tools.
• Interest in financial services, financial planning, or developing toward an advisor-focused career path.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a broader team.

Compensation

$50,000.00-$60,000.00 Yearly
