Logistics Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Clerk to join a team in Central Ohio . This position supports daily shipping coordination across domestic and international channels while helping maintain accurate order, delivery, and documentation records. The role is well suited for someone who can manage multiple logistics activities at once, communicate clearly with internal partners, and keep shipments moving on schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate outbound and inbound shipments for domestic and international orders to support efficient warehouse and distribution activities.

• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping records, customer information, and customs documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.

• Monitor delivery progress, provide shipment updates, and work through transportation or delivery exceptions as they arise.

• Manage cargo movement details by tracking schedules, freight activity, and related billing information.

• Use eSales to enter order data, update customer transactions, and access shipment and delivery details.

• Partner with warehouse staff and cross-functional teams to help ensure orders are processed correctly and shipped on time.

• Maintain organized logistics files and contribute to reporting related to shipment activity and operational performance.

• Assist with logistics tasks connected to the transition from Sage 100 to Sage X3 as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience supporting logistics, shipping, receiving, or transportation-related operations.
• Working knowledge of domestic and international shipment coordination and associated documentation.
• Ability to manage detailed records with a high level of accuracy and organization.
• Proficiency with data entry and order management systems, including the ability to learn internal platforms quickly.
• Strong communication skills for providing status updates and collaborating with internal teams.
• Problem-solving ability to address shipment delays, documentation issues, and delivery exceptions.
• Comfort working in a warehouse-supported logistics environment with changing priorities.

Compensation

$19.00-$22.00 Hourly
