Corporate/Transactional & Commercial Litigation Attorney
Robert Half Legal is partnering with a highly regarded, nationally recognized boutique law firm in Northbrook, IL who is seeking a Corporate/Transactional & Commercial Litigation Attorney with 3–5+ years of experience to join its growing team.
This firm is a leader in franchise law and provides sophisticated counsel to clients on a wide range of corporate, transactional, and commercial litigation matters. This is a unique opportunity for an attorney who enjoys a diverse practice and wants exposure to both transactional work and litigation in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate and commercial agreements
- Support mergers, acquisitions, business formations, and other transactional matters
- Advise clients on franchise-related legal issues and business matters
- Manage commercial litigation cases through all stages, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and dispute resolution
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic counsel to business clients
- Collaborate closely with partners and clients on complex legal matters
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary ranging from $140,000–$200,000+, depending on experience

Qualifications:
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active Illinois bar membership
- 3–5+ years of experience handling corporate/transactional and/or commercial litigation matters
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
