General Office Clerk
Responsibilities:
• Organize, sort, and file paper records to keep documents accurate, accessible, and properly stored.
• Retrieve requested files and deliver materials to staff in a timely and reliable manner.
• Prepare file boxes, label contents clearly, and maintain orderly storage areas for easy reference.
• Review incoming paperwork for completeness before placing documents into the appropriate filing system.
• Assist with general clerical duties such as copying, scanning, and document preparation as needed.
• Monitor file inventory and alert the team when records need to be archived, moved, or reorganized.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive organizational and client-related information.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a clerical, records, or administrative support role is preferred.• Ability to manage file boxes and work with large volumes of physical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to keep records organized and accurate.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Basic knowledge of general office equipment, including copiers and scanners.
• Ability to follow established filing procedures and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Reliable communication skills and a detail-oriented approach in a team environment.
Compensation
