Front Desk Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors, answer inbound calls, and manage a multi-line phone system with efficiency.
• Coordinate front desk and concierge-style support by responding to employee questions and directing requests to the appropriate teams.
• Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining records, entering data accurately, and organizing office documentation.
• Monitor office supply levels, place or coordinate replenishment as needed, and ensure shared spaces remain stocked with essential items.
• Schedule and oversee meeting room reservations to support team calendars and onsite gatherings.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries with discretion, maintaining confidentiality for sensitive materials.
• Support office meetings and events by helping arrange food delivery services and other day-of logistical needs.
• Maintain a tidy and functional workplace by identifying facility concerns and working with vendors or internal contacts to resolve them.
• Provide backup assistance to office leadership when needed, including support with budget-related tracking and planning activities.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, office coordination, or administrative support position.• Ability to manage a busy reception area while handling multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
• Experience answering inbound calls and operating a multi-line or switchboard phone system.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented and service-oriented approach.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment and discretion.
• Comfortable supporting office operations such as scheduling, mail handling, supply coordination, and visitor assistance.
• Familiarity with budget support, forecasting activities, or administrative certifications is helpful but not required.
Compensation
