Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
- Oversee employee development, mentoring, performance reviews, and training programs
- Manage the firm's successful intern program
- Support compensation, benefits, and bonus planning
- Champion employee engagement, wellness, and culture initiatives
- Lead community involvement and employee events
- Ensure HR compliance, policies, and best practices

Compensation
