We are seeking a talented and driven Product Manager to join our growing team. As a Product Manager, you will partner with cross-functional teams to define product vision, prioritize initiatives, and deliver solutions that create measurable value for customers and the business.
The successful candidate will be passionate about solving complex problems, using data to inform decisions, and collaborating with stakeholders to bring impactful products to market.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Gather and prioritize customer, stakeholder, and market requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Manage product backlogs and prioritize features based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Analyze user behavior, product performance, and market trends to drive product improvements.
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Support product launches and adoption initiatives.
- Track key product metrics and use insights to guide future enhancements.
- Present recommendations and product updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of Product Management experience.
- Experience managing product roadmaps and delivering products through the full development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum environments.
- Ability to prioritize competing initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred
- Experience with SaaS, technology, digital products, or platform-based solutions.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools and customer research methodologies.
- Technical aptitude and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and data-driven product development.
Compensation
