Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist (English/Spanish)

Robert Half is partnering with a busy healthcare practice in Vista that is seeking a professional Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to join its growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment, staying organized, and providing exceptional service to both English- and Spanish-speaking patients. Responsibilities

Front Office Operations

• Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
• Answer a multi-line phone system and direct calls appropriately
• Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
• Verify patient information and update electronic records
• Collect copayments and maintain accurate documentation

Administrative Support

• Translate basic conversations and documents between English and Spanish when needed
• Maintain confidential patient files in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
• Process incoming referrals, faxes, and medical records requests
• Assist providers and office staff with daily administrative tasks
• Keep the reception area organized and presentable

Qualifications:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• 2+ years of front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience
• Previous experience in a medical, dental, or professional office preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic scheduling systems
• Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask while providing exceptional customer service
