HR Assistant

We are seeking an HR Assistant with 1+ years of human resources experience to join our healthcare client’s team. This role will support day-to-day HR operations with a focus on onboarding, compliance, and I-9 processing. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to multitask effectively, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

·      Support all onboarding activities for new hires

·      Ensure HR compliance documentation is completed accurately

·      Process and maintain I-9s and other employee records

·      Assist with general HR administrative tasks

·      Partner with team members to support HR operations

·      Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of HR experience
• Experience with onboarding and compliance processes
• Familiarity with I-9 documentation
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus
