Social Media Coordinator

Robert Half is actively partnering with an Austin-based client to identify a Social Media Coordinator (contract). In this role, you will be responsible for managing social media channels, creating engaging content, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with marketing stakeholders to drive audience growth and engagement. This role is hybrid in Austin, Tx. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day activity across social media platforms, including content publishing, audience engagement, and community management.
• Create compelling social media content, including graphics, videos, captions, and short-form digital content.
• Maintain and execute content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting.
• Support social media campaigns, promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Monitor audience interactions and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Track social media performance, analyze engagement metrics, and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Research industry trends, emerging platforms, and content opportunities to improve reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align social media efforts with broader business objectives.
• Provide general administrative support for marketing projects, reporting, and team coordination.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, community management, or a related marketing role.
• Proven experience creating content for major social media platforms, including short-form video and social-first campaigns.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience using graphic design and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Strong organizational, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
