Customer Service Representative

A growing distribution and logistics company in Oceanside is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support clients, process orders, and provide exceptional service throughout the customer experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicating with customers, and working in a collaborative office environment.

You'll become an important member of a team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while helping customers receive timely and accurate support.

Responsibilities

Customer Support

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online requests
• Process customer orders and provide order status updates
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams regarding deliveries
• Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system

Administrative Support

• Prepare reports and customer documentation
• Process returns, credits, and service requests
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding issues
• Assist with office projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer service or administrative experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce or Zendesk is preferred
• Excellent multitasking, organization, and problem-solving abilities
