ERP Developer

Robert Half is actively partnering with an Austin-based client to identify an ERP Developer (contract). In this role, you will play a key role in the design, configuration, integration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday and related business systems. This role is hybrid in Austin, Tx. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday and related integrations.
• Lead projects from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
• Develop solutions to improve business processes, automation, and system performance.
• Serve as the technical lead for Workday-related initiatives and escalated support.
• Lead testing, validation, and implementation of system updates and new functionality.
• Partner with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Support security, data integrity, reporting, and application governance efforts.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of ERP, HRIS, or enterprise application experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on Workday integration and configuration experience.
• Experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs, and reporting.
• Strong requirements gathering, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Workday Certification preferred but not required.
