Financial Analyst
The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A) Analyst is responsible for supporting the company's budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic planning efforts. This role partners closely with Finance leadership and business stakeholders to analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights that support operational and executive decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and scenario analysis.
- Analyze monthly financial results and explain budget-to-actual variances.
- Prepare executive reporting packages, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
- Partner with department leaders to develop budgets and monitor spending.
- Support month-end reporting, board presentations, and ad hoc financial analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting processes and forecasting accuracy.
Qualifications:
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of FP& A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience.
- Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and financial models.
- Experience with ERP and planning tools such as Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Pigment, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
