Office Manager
Responsibilities:
• Oversee routine office activities to help maintain an efficient and well-organized workplace environment.
• Manage document storage, databases, and administrative records to ensure information remains accurate and accessible.
• Create reports and assist with tracking operational data to support day-to-day decision-making and follow-up.
• Coordinate appointments, service schedules, and related logistics while keeping calendars and arrangements up to date.
• Support payment processing and maintain organized financial documentation, including assistance with outstanding account follow-up.
• Work closely with internal teams to promote clear communication and dependable service across departments.
• Respond to questions and requests with professionalism, sound judgment, and a customer-focused approach.
• Assist leadership with special assignments and provide additional administrative support as business needs evolve.
• Help monitor office supply levels and arrange replenishment to keep the workplace running smoothly.
• Provide front-desk and reception support, including greeting visitors and directing inquiries appropriately.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in office administration, office management, scheduling, customer service, or a related support function.• Strong organizational abilities with careful attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience working with databases or recordkeeping systems.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across teams.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced office setting.
• Detail-oriented demeanor with a compassionate, service-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with accounts payable support, administrative coordination, or reception responsibilities is preferred.
Compensation
