Recruiter
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, from intake discussions and sourcing strategy through screening, coordination, and offer support.
• Build creative talent attraction approaches to connect with candidates with relevant experience for retail, frontline, supervisory, and corporate openings.
• Manage job postings, candidate outreach, and initial evaluations to maintain a strong and active pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruiting data and performance trends to measure results, identify opportunities, and recommend process enhancements.
• Contribute to workforce planning efforts by helping forecast hiring demand and aligning recruiting activity with business priorities.
• Deliver a high level of service to hiring managers and candidates while managing a high-volume requisition load across multiple role types.
• Assist with talent pipeline development initiatives, including support for entry-level and campus-focused recruiting programs when needed.
• Complete additional recruiting-related projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Participate in required onboarding or training activities, including limited in-office attendance in Chicago, Illinois during the initial training period.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 0–1 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with at least 5 years of related recruiting experience.• Background in high-volume full-cycle recruiting, particularly for frontline or retail-oriented positions.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, HR technology tools, and standard Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build productive relationships with employees, candidates, and leaders at all levels.
• Understanding of staffing strategies, recruitment practices, and candidate pipeline development.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines at the same time.
• Customer-focused approach with sound judgment, follow-through, and a commitment to delivering effective hiring support.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, along with comfort using technology and social channels to support recruiting efforts.
Compensation
