SR B2B Digital Marketing Manager

Compensation: $47.50 to $55 Hourly

We are looking for an experienced B2B marketing leader to drive strategic demand generation initiatives for a wholesale distribution business serving dental professionals, practices, and institutions across North America. This Long-term Contract position is based in Brea, California, and will focus on building integrated campaigns that increase market visibility, strengthen engagement, and support pipeline growth. The role works closely with sales, product, creative, and events stakeholders to deliver measurable marketing outcomes through digital programs, field initiatives, and enablement efforts.

Responsibilities:
• Design and lead full-funnel marketing programs that expand awareness, generate strong interest, and support revenue opportunities among dental audiences.
• Develop high-impact sales and marketing assets such as customer success stories, product summaries, presentation materials, automated nurture content, and event support pieces.
• Work in partnership with event and brand teams to extend the value of trade shows, conferences, and industry-facing programs before, during, and after each engagement.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness through lead tracking, conversion analysis, and performance reporting, then refine tactics using data insights and input from sales partners.
• Align messaging across channels to maintain a consistent brand presence while adapting content for clinical professionals, practice leaders, and institutional buyers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product promotions, integrated solutions, and key commercial initiatives tied to business growth priorities.
• Coordinate digital, field, and sales enablement activities to ensure campaigns are executed cohesively and deliver a strong customer experience.
• Provide strategic direction while remaining hands-on in campaign planning, execution, and optimization within a fast-moving marketing environment.

Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within healthcare, dental, medical technology, SaaS, or a related industry.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement, demand generation, and sales support.
• Practical experience with platforms and tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong knowledge of buyer journey development, lead funnel management, and field marketing strategy.
• Ability to translate business goals into compelling campaigns, content, and enablement materials.
• Comfortable partnering across sales, creative, product, and events functions to move initiatives forward effectively.
• Strategic mindset combined with a willingness to execute details and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Compensation

$47.50-$55.00 Hourly
