Investment Operations Analyst

We are looking for an Investment Operations Analyst to support a fast-paced financial services organization in Fort Worth, Texas. This role focuses on delivering accurate investor communications, coordinating fund activity, and maintaining high-quality reporting for institutional clients. The position offers meaningful exposure across internal teams and is well suited for a highly organized individual who enjoys analyzing data and improving reporting processes.

We're seeking a sharp, detail-driven Analyst to own investor reporting, capital calls, and distribution processes for institutional clients. You'll work cross-functionally with Trading, Legal, and Client Coverage teams, build reporting using Excel's most powerful tools (Power Query, VBA), and directly shape how top-tier investors experience our firm. Ideal for a self-starter who thrives on solving data puzzles and wants real ownership from day one. Hybrid schedule, downtown Fort Worth office. 2-5 years finance/accounting experience required.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, investment operations, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience working with investment accounts, transaction data, or financial reporting processes.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced data manipulation and reporting techniques.
• Experience using Power Query and Power BI to prepare, transform, or present financial information.
• Ability to produce clear and accurate client reporting in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through independently.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across several business functions.

Compensation

$80,000.00-$110,000.00 Yearly
