Front Desk Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors promptly and direct them appropriately while informing team members when guests arrive.
• Manage entry to the office by confirming approved visitors and coordinating access to the building.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail by sorting, distributing, and preparing items for pickup or delivery.
• Monitor inventory of office materials and place supply orders to keep the workplace properly stocked.
• Keep the reception and front office areas neat, organized, and presentation-ready throughout the day.
• Provide clerical and administrative assistance, including support with routine office tasks as needed.
• Deliver courteous and responsive service to employees, clients, vendors, and other guests.
• Answer and route inbound calls accurately, taking messages or directing inquiries to the appropriate contact.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, administrative support, or customer-facing office role is preferred.• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively in person, by phone, and in writing.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and adjust priorities in a busy office setting.
• Comfortable using standard office software; experience with Microsoft Office is beneficial.
• Highly dependable with strong organizational skills and close attention to detail.
• Capable of maintaining a detail-oriented appearance and demeanor at the front desk.
• Familiarity with general office procedures, mail handling, and supply coordination is helpful.
Compensation
