HR Director / HR Manager
Position Overview The selected candidate will play a critical role in overseeing and supporting a wide range of human resources functions, including: Employee relations and performance management Talent acquisition and recruiting Compensation and benefits administration Payroll oversight Policy development and implementation Employee training and development Compliance with federal, state, and applicable employment regulations HR records management and reporting Workforce planning and organizational development Coaching and advising managers on employee matters Investigations, corrective action processes, and conflict resolution Job description development and maintenance Administration of employee benefit programs and retirement plans HR Director Level The HR Director will provide strategic leadership for the Human Resources function, oversee HR operations, develop departmental budgets, implement organization-wide policies and procedures, and serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership. This role is ideal for a experienced HR professional with a strong background in employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits, and team leadership.
HR Manager Level The HR Manager will support and oversee day-to-day HR operations while partnering closely with leadership to drive employee engagement, recruitment, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations initiatives. This role requires a hands-on professional who can balance strategic thinking with daily execution.

Qualifications:
HR Director Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience Experience leading HR initiatives and advising senior leadership Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or similar certification preferredHR Manager Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 5+ years of Human Resources experience Experience supporting employee relations, benefits administration, recruiting, and compliance functions Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities SHRM certification preferred but not required
Compensation
