Hospitality Associate

We are seeking a detail oriented and service-oriented Hospitality Clerk to support daily hospitality operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with conference room setup, meeting support, and white glove service in a corporate, hospitality, or detail oriented services environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain conference rooms for meetings, events, and client visits, including furniture arrangement, supplies, and presentation materials.
• Provide white glove service to guests, clients, and internal staff with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
• Coordinate food and beverage setup, service, and cleanup for meetings and events.
• Ensure hospitality areas, conference rooms, kitchens, and common spaces are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Greet guests and assist with meeting logistics, room readiness, and special requests.
• Support office and facilities teams with event preparation and day-of service needs.
• Monitor inventory of hospitality and catering supplies and communicate restocking needs.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, conference services, office services, or a similar client-facing support role.
• Experience with conference room setup and breakdown for meetings and special events.
• White glove service experience strongly preferred. Based on general knowledge. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service.
• Detail oriented appearance and demeanor.
• Flexibility to support early morning, evening, or event-based schedules as needed.
