Part-Time Junior Photographer

Robert Half is seeking a Part-Time Junior Photographer to support a creative team focused on high-volume product photography. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career photographer looking to build hands-on studio experience while contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Photograph product samples according to established brand standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high-quality visual presentation.
• Organize and prepare products for photography, manage image file naming conventions, and crop and prepare files for post-production workflows.
• Assist with studio operations, including lighting setup, equipment management, and support for ongoing photography projects and deadlines.
• Support in-studio and on-location photoshoots while collaborating with creative team members and tracking projects through internal workflow tools.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• 0 – 1+ years of photography experience through professional, freelance, academic, or personal work
• Knowledge of camera settings, lighting techniques, composition, and photographic angles
• Familiar with DSLR camera systems and professional lighting equipment (studio primarily uses Nikon series cameras, Capture One, Profoto studio lighting)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop required, Lightroom—will not be editing photos outside of cropping)
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on tight schedules, and switch between tasks as needed
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously required
• Experience in Photography or related field
• Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced deadlines
• Ability to stand and move throughout a photography studio environment for extended periods and assist with the handling and movement of products, equipment, and studio materials, with or without reasonable accommodation
