Recruiter
We are looking for a Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a Hawaii organization. This role will partner with business stakeholders to attract, assess, and advance talent across high-volume frontline, supervisory, and corporate openings. The ideal candidate brings a service-focused approach, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple searches while using data to improve recruiting outcomes. Due to the nature of the work and onsite requirements, preference will be given to Hawaii residents. Applicants should be able to reliably commute or reside within the region to meet business needs. Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned openings, from intake discussions and sourcing strategy through screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
• Build creative talent attraction plans to identify candidates with relevant experience for retail, field, supervisory, and corporate positions in a fast-paced environment.
• Post jobs, review applications, and conduct candidate outreach to maintain active pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring leaders to align recruiting activity with workforce plans, staffing forecasts, and priority business objectives.
• Track recruiting performance data and use insights to refine sourcing methods, improve efficiency, and strengthen hiring results.
• Deliver a high level of service to candidates and internal stakeholders by providing timely communication and maintaining a positive hiring experience.
• Support talent pipeline development initiatives, including entry-level or campus recruiting efforts when needed.
• Contribute to additional talent acquisition projects and operational tasks as assigned, including work that may require use of a personal laptop until company equipment is available.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with limited relevant experience, or a high school diploma paired with several years of recruiting-related experience.• Background in high-volume, full-cycle recruiting, ideally supporting frontline or field-based populations.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems, HR technology tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build productive relationships with employees, leaders, and candidates at all organizational levels.
• Knowledge of staffing practices, interviewing processes, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple requisitions and projects.
• Customer-focused mindset with sound judgment, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering complete hiring solutions.
• Comfort using recruiting metrics, social networking tools, and technology to support process improvement and candidate attraction.
Compensation
