Accounts Receivable Specialist
Responsibilities
- Generate and distribute customer invoices
- Post cash receipts, ACH payments, wires, and checks
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor AR aging and follow up on past-due accounts
- Conduct collections through email and phone outreach
- Research and resolve billing issues and payment disputes
- Process credit memos and adjustments
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Assist with month-end close and reporting
- Prepare AR-related reports for management
Qualifications:
Requirements
- 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Experience with collections and cash applications
- ERP experience (NetSuite preferred)
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Compensation
