Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Robert Half is seeking a professional and dependable Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support a growing organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions by phone, email, and other communication channels
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and company policies
• Assist customers with account updates, order status, billing questions, and general concerns
• Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner
• Document customer interactions accurately in the company’s system
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
• Process data entry and general administrative tasks as needed
• Work closely with internal teams to support customer needs

Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Previous customer service, call center, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional and customer-focused attitude
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and emails
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience using CRM or customer service software is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
