Talent Acquisition Specialist

A growing company in the restaurant industry is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume recruiting efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for fast-food, quick-service, casual dining, or restaurant operations and be comfortable managing multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for restaurant and corporate positions
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for hourly and management-level roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
• Coordinate interviews, offers, background checks, and onboarding activities
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Develop recruiting strategies to attract qualified restaurant industry talent
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruiting experience
• Previous recruiting experience within the restaurant, fast-food, hospitality, or food service industry required
• Experience with high-volume hiring and multiple concurrent requisitions
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting tools
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for multi-location restaurant operations
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Experience supporting both hourly and salaried hires
