Accounts Payable Specialist
A growing technology company is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join its collaborative accounting department. This role offers the opportunity to support a high-volume AP function while participating in process improvements, vendor management initiatives, and month-end accounting activities.

Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently
- Perform two-way and three-way invoice matching
- Prepare weekly ACH, wire, and check payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain vendor master files and W-9 documentation
- Assist with month-end accruals and AP reporting
- Review employee expense reports
- Collaborate with Purchasing regarding invoice approvals
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Experience working within a high-volume accounting environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Oracle preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize deadlines while maintaining accuracy
Compensation
