Full Charge Bookkeeper

We are working on an opportunity for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who can oversee day-to-day bookkeeping functions, maintain accurate financial records, and support overall financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activity.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial records.
• Prepare financial statements, month-end reports, and other accounting documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist with budgeting, cash flow tracking, and financial reporting.
• Support audits, tax preparation, and special accounting projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience in bookkeeping or accounting, including full-cycle accounting responsibilities.
• Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
