Receptionist
HOURS: Monday – Friday, 6:45am-10:45am

As a receptionist at our downtown office, you’ll make the 4imprint brand come alive each day by providing our customers, visitors, and associates with a welcoming first impression of 4imprint and a truly remarkable experience!
The receptionist will answer incoming phone calls for both 4imprint Oshkosh locations on a multiple line switchboard and greet visitors at the front desk, as well as provide administrative support to various departments.
Here’s what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job). Other duties may be assigned.
- Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
- Answer incoming phone calls on a multiple line switchboard and transfer to the appropriate queue or associate.
- Greet visitors at the front desk and assist them, as needed. Ensure guests are signing in, receiving visitor badges and meeting with the appropriate associates.
- Uphold security protocols to ensure the safety of all 4imprint associates and visitors. Lock and unlock guest entrance doors.
- Ensure the reception area is neat and tidy, and necessary literature and other items are replenished throughout the area.
- Help associates with inquiries related to various building activities (e.g., schedules, conference rooms, onsite providers, etc.).
- Support the setup process for temporary associates on their first day, assist supervisors, and maintain communication with temp agencies throughout the duration of the temporary assignments.
- Support HR by distributing post-interview surveys to recent candidates and regularly monitoring the round-robin spreadsheet, updating it as necessary.
- Provide support to other departments with data entry.
- Maintain a current understanding of trends and updates in your role.
- Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.

Required education/skills/experience:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent.
- 0-1 years of experience in a similar field.
- Previous experience on a multi-line switchboard preferred.
- Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Windows proficiency.
