HOW YOULL MAKE AN IMPACT
As a Product Release Coordinator, youll play a vital role in advancing our mission. In this position, youll be responsible for conducting detailed post-production reviews of donor and graft records to ensure completeness, accuracy, quality, and compliance with applicable FDA regulations, AATB Standards, LifeNet Health SOPs, governing requirements, and LNH policies. This role determines graft eligibility for release and compiles and/or reviews records to support the distribution of safe and effective bio-implant products. The coordinator also participates in special projects and process improvement initiatives and may serve as a training preceptor as needed.

WHAT YOULL DO

  • Record Review & Compliance: Reviews donor record and testing documentation for accuracy and completeness. Performs graft release, tissue movement and product hold functions in SAP. Compiles and prepares production related documents and laboratory reports. Prepares and reviews quality documents and summary reports required by agreement for contract companies.
  • Chart Management: Coordinates the daily flow of donor charts for proper and timely review. Requests, obtains, and tracks donor chart documents and information needed from both internal and external stakeholders. Prioritizes donor chart review to meet production and distribution needs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Uses LEAN principles to identify mechanisms to strengthen and improve process controls related to donor chart review functions. Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Non-conformance: Initiate, review, and complete non-conformance investigations, as assigned.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data extracted from related data management systems to effectively prioritize grafts for review, as deemed priority by upper leadership. Translate, verify, and update applicable donor management systems and software.

WHAT YOULL BRING
Minimum Requirements:

  • Associates degree or Vocational Training/Certificate OR equivalent combination of education and related work experience
  • THREE (3) years (with high school diploma) OR ONE (1) Year (with Associates degree or other advanced degree) Tissue banking, medical device, healthcare related, or medical office environment


Preferred Experience/Skills/Certifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Certified Tissue Bank Specialist (CTBS)
  • LEAN Six Sigma White Belt or higher

Key Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Communication Skills: Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

COMPENSATION

Salary Range: $20.36 - $27.15/hourly


Final compensation will be based on factors such as geographic location, qualifications, and prior relevant experience. Actual compensation may be higher based on the successful candidates knowledge and relevant experience.
