Responsibilities
Auto-Replenishment Management
- Execute automated replenishment processes across assigned retail partners.
- Maintain replenishment logic, inventory parameters, and system settings.
- Monitor replenishment performance and identify inventory exceptions requiring corrective action.
- Analyze replenishment recommendations to ensure inventory aligns with customer demand.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager and cross-functional business partners to support replenishment system enhancements, automation initiatives, and continuous process improvements.
Inventory Planning & Optimization
- Analyze sales trends, inventory positions, lead times, seasonality, and promotional activity to support replenishment decisions.
- Monitor inventory health, service levels, weeks of supply, and out-of-stock performance.
- Recommend inventory adjustments based on demand trends and retailer requirements.
- Support inventory placement decisions across the distribution network.
Retail Data & Store Profile Management
- Maintain accurate store profiles, replenishment attributes, and inventory parameters.
- Update and validate planogram information to ensure replenishment aligns with current merchandising standards.
- Review assortment changes, store characteristics, and distribution attributes for accuracy.
- Partner with retail customers and internal teams to ensure replenishment data remains current and accurate.
Audit & Data Integrity
- Support replenishment audit activities to validate inventory accuracy and execution.
- Analyze reports to identify data quality issues affecting replenishment performance.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain data integrity across replenishment inputs, including store profiles, item attributes, and inventory parameters.
Forecasting & Analytics
- Analyze historical sales, inventory movement, and demand variability.
- Utilize forecasting and business intelligence tools to support replenishment decisions.
- Develop reports and dashboards that measure replenishment performance.
- Provide analytical insights and recommendations to business partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, Retail Partners, Merchandising, and the Operations Manager to support replenishment execution and process improvements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance replenishment processes and inventory performance.
- Support new retailer implementations, product launches, assortment changes, and planogram resets.
- Maintain standard operating procedures and documentation related to replenishment processes.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in demand planning, inventory planning, replenishment, supply chain, or retail operations.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and replenishment methodologies.
- Experience working with automated replenishment systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience using ERP, WMS, forecasting, or replenishment software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Preferred
- Experience supporting large national retail customers.
- Knowledge of retail planograms and merchandising practices.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar reporting tools.
- Experience with inventory optimization or forecasting tools.
- Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience.
