Responsibilities

We are looking for a Contractor Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will support field sales and

engineering teams by coordinating post-order activities, ensuring proper product installation, and building

strong contractor relationships. If you are passionate about sales, civil engineering, and construction

management, we would love to hear from you!

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate post-order installation activities, including pre-construction meetings and job site visits
  • Ensure ADS products are installed according to specifications
  • Collaborate with ADS Sales and Engineering Teams to support project execution
  • Maintain accurate project tracking and communication using Salesforce CRM
  • Submit monthly installation activity reports and develop two project profiles per month
  • Lead relationship development with at least 10 strategic contractor accounts
  • Identify new project opportunities through contractor engagement and association involvement
  • Actively participate in social media and professional organizations (e.g., HCA, APWA, ASCE)
  • Support field sales and engineering through proactive communication and project follow-up
  • Participate in quarterly lunch-and-learn sessions and contractor education initiatives

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management
  • Onsite field experience required

 

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively engage with engineers and contractors
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Skilled in developing and maintaining contractor and engineer relationships
  • Capable of implementing e6icient work schedules and supporting design tool needs
