Overview
We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Instructional Designer to support the development of engaging, multimedia-rich learning experiences. This role requires a strong foundation in instructional design principles, along with hands-on expertise in graphic design, 3D modeling, and video editing. You will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and project stakeholders to create high-quality training content that is visually compelling and instructionally sound.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop instructionalmaterials including eLearning modules, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual ILT (vILT), job aids, and assessments.
- Create custom graphics, illustrations, and visual assets to enhance learning content.
- Develop 3D models and animations using tools like 3DS Max and V-Ray to support technical or product training.
- Edit and produce training videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Apply instructionaldesign models (e.g., ADDIE) and adult learning principles to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with SMEs to gather content and translate complex topics into engaging learning experiences.
- Ensure all content meets accessibility, branding, and quality standards.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables independently, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in InstructionalDesign, Multimedia Design, Education, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in instructionaldesign or digital learning development.
- Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Power Point).
- Proficiency in Graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience with 3D modeling and rendering using 3DS Max and V-Ray.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote or hybrid environment.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with SCORM and accessibility standards.
- Portfolio showcasing instructionaldesign work, including multimedia and 3D content.
