As a Project Manager, you will coordinate project activities and act as the vital liaison between our field construction teams, internal support staff, and the customer. You will lead schedules, manage end-to-end workflows, and ensure all construction projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in complete alignment with municipal, federal, and customer specifications

What you’ll do

 

  • Liaison & Communication: Represent the company as the primary interface for our clients, construction teams, and subcontractors, ensuring clear project statuses, milestone reporting, and quick issue resolution.

  • End-to-End Workflow: Establish and manage the turnkey workflow processes from the receipt of the initial customer work order through to close-out and final invoice approval.

  • Scheduling & Progress Tracking: Lead weekly project status calls, track schedule and change variances, manage risk mitigation, and document potential delay impacts.

  • Operational Empowerment: Proactively remove operational obstacles to enable field supervisors and crews to execute seamlessly.

  • Financial & Compliance Guard: Ensure all projects satisfy regulatory requirements, OSHA safety compliance guidelines, and contractual budgetary milestones.

  • Project Deliverables & Close-Out: Collaborate closely with the project close-out team to gather all necessary data, ensuring timely invoicing and cash flow.

What you’ll need

  • Experience: Previous experience in project coordination or project management, ideally within construction, utility, telecommunications, or engineering sectors.

  • Technical Savvy: Strong proficiency in project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) and standard business platforms (MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace).

  • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of construction documents, plans, blueprints, specifications, and reports.

  • Skillset: Exceptional communication (both written and verbal), structured technical writing, negotiation, and cross-functional team leadership.

  • Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent field experience). A PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent tracking certification is a major plus.

The wage range for Project Manager is $90,000.00  - $110,000.00.
