FiNet Business Support Manager

In this role, you will:
- Work closely with FiNet business owners and divisional leaders to ensure the timely execution and delivery of brokerage transactional and service support functions for clients, and Financial Advisors across multiple sales locations.
- Serve as primary escalation point of contact for operational and service inquiries from FAs, FiNet business owners, the back office, clients, and other operational associates.
- Act as a resource to provide coaching for FiNet practices toward adoption of new business tools and applications.
- Serve as the key contact for operational risk management issues across the division and manage service standards to ensure timely and accurate delivery of operations support.
- Communicate and coach firm operational policy and procedures and ensure adherence to these policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Financial Services Industry experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 2+ years leadership experience
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) level understanding of operational functions, products or platform tools
- Strong client service skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Knowledge and understanding of branch exams and regulatory requirements from an operational support perspective
- Relationship management skills
- Experience with FiNet and/or independent advisors
- Strong operational experience
- Knowledge and understanding of brokerage advisor tools
Job Expectations:
- Ability to travel if necessary, within the division
- Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Information will be shared about expectations during the recruitment process.
- This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements. Candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire. Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$77,000.00 - $133,000.00Benefits
