We're looking for a Transducer Technician who takes pride in precision assembly work and wants to build a career in a hands on manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and functionally test standard and custom strain gauge based transducers using engineering prints, work instructions, and departmental procedures

  • Perform soldering, wiring, and small to medium sized mechanical assembly

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to design, documentation, materials, processes, and equipment

  • Reference and update transducer specific manufacturing records and follow process instructions accurately

  • Assemble complex products, occasionally with limited documentation, and resolve technical issues with layout, wiring, and fixtures

  • Recommend fixture design and process improvements to support quality and efficiency

  • Cross-train across manufacturing disciplines and support strain gauging, calibration, and prototype development projects

  • Communicate progress, issues, and process changes clearly with leads, supervisors, engineers, and peers

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace using 5S principles

What You Bring:

  • 2-year technical degree in electronics or similar, or 4+ years of applicable hands-on experience

  • Experience with soldering, wiring, or small component assembly

  • Comfort reading engineering prints and following detailed work instructions

  • Strong attention to detail and hands on troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet production deadlines

  • A collaborative, team oriented approach to problem solving

Compensation Information:

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $26-34 dependent on relevant education and experience.
