QA/Test Lead
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate existing testing practices and identify opportunities to improve consistency, coverage, and overall quality outcomes.
• Design and implement a scalable QA framework, including governance standards, documentation methods, and testing procedures.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies, detailed test scenarios, and supporting test cases for new features, updates, and system enhancements.
• Establish repeatable regression testing approaches to support ongoing ERP changes and integrated application releases.
• Coordinate and facilitate user acceptance testing activities, ensuring business users are prepared and results are clearly documented.
• Create defect tracking workflows and reporting metrics to monitor issue trends, resolution progress, and release quality.
• Validate key business functions such as inventory, purchasing, pricing, and supply chain operations to confirm system performance aligns with business needs.
• Perform data verification and root-cause analysis to identify defects, assess impacts, and support issue resolution.
• Test ERP integrations, APIs, and related connected systems to ensure reliable end-to-end functionality across platforms.
• Collaborate with technical teams and operational stakeholders to improve release processes and promote testing best practices.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated success creating QA processes and testing standards from the ground up.• Prior experience serving as a QA/Test Lead, QA Manager, or in a comparable quality leadership role.
• Strong background testing ERP applications in complex business environments.
• Hands-on expertise in test planning, test case authoring, regression testing, and user acceptance testing coordination.
• Experience establishing defect management practices, including issue tracking and quality reporting.
• Solid analytical skills for data validation, troubleshooting, and defect investigation.
• Proven ability to test APIs, system interfaces, and integrated applications.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Compensation
