Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and manage the front desk with a courteous, efficient, and service-oriented approach.
• Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and record messages with a high degree of accuracy.
• Prepare routine correspondence and complete data entry tasks using standard office software.
• Organize, file, and maintain documents so records remain current and easy to retrieve.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, along with basic copying, faxing, and other clerical support duties.
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed to support smooth day-to-day office operations.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role.• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, email, and other basic office applications.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when documenting phone messages and written information.
• Ability to manage filing, copying, faxing, and alphanumeric data entry with accuracy.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills and a detail-oriented demeanor.
• Reliable organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple routine tasks efficiently.
