Compensation: $87.09 to $100.84 Hourly

We are looking for a Product Manager to guide an enterprise sales and service platform. This position will shape platform strategy, align priorities across business and technology teams, and ensure scalable, secure solutions that support customer engagement and operational goals. The role is ideal for someone who can lead in a complex environment while balancing roadmap execution, governance, and platform performance.


Responsibilities:

• Direct the strategic vision and ongoing evolution of the enterprise platform supporting sales, service, and marketing functions.

• Lead a small internal team and coordinate contract resources to deliver platform enhancements, support operational needs, and maintain accountability for outcomes.

• Partner with product, business, and technology stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, streamline intake, and focus investment on high-value opportunities.

• Establish governance practices, architectural standards, and security controls that promote platform reliability, compliance, and long-term scalability.

• Oversee the development of reusable capabilities and shared services that help teams move faster and reduce duplicated solutions across business units.

• Manage platform health through release planning, incident response leadership, and oversight of stability during critical business periods.

• Drive the platform roadmap from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and changing business requirements.

• Collaborate with external vendors on licensing, service delivery, and ecosystem planning while monitoring relevant industry developments and platform innovations.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience, including 5+ years leading Salesforce platforms within a large, matrixed organization.
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, including administration and optimization of enterprise solutions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration approaches, and governance models in complex environments.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing teams through coaching, performance management, and talent growth initiatives.
• Working knowledge of IT governance, data privacy principles, and security or regulatory compliance expectations.
• Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders and translate platform strategy into practical execution plans.
• Experience building strategic roadmaps, managing competing priorities, and maintaining platform stability in high-demand environments.

$87.09-$100.84 Hourly
