Full Charge Bookkeeper
Responsibilities:
• Oversee complete bookkeeping activities, ensuring financial transactions are recorded accurately and maintained in an organized manner.
• Manage accounts payable by reviewing invoices, preparing payments, and keeping vendor records current.
• Handle accounts receivable tasks, including issuing invoices, tracking incoming payments, and following up on outstanding balances.
• Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to confirm accuracy and quickly resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain and update financial data within QuickBooks to support reliable reporting and daily accounting operations.
• Prepare routine financial information and supporting records to help monitor cash flow and account activity.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience performing full charge bookkeeping responsibilities with minimal supervision.• Proficiency in QuickBooks for transaction processing, account maintenance, and financial recordkeeping.
• Practical knowledge of accounts payable procedures, including invoice review and payment processing.
• Practical knowledge of accounts receivable functions, such as billing, payment application, and collections follow-up.
• Experience completing bank reconciliations and investigating variances with accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounting priorities efficiently.
