Inventory Clerk
Responsibilities:
• Monitor inventory levels for parts, materials, and finished goods to help maintain accurate stock availability.
• Record and reconcile inventory movements associated with assembly line activity and daily warehouse operations.
• Perform routine cycle counts and support full annual physical inventory efforts to verify quantity and asset accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies in stock records, identify root causes, and help resolve variances in a timely manner.
• Maintain organized inventory storage areas to improve traceability, accessibility, and overall material control.
• Update inventory documentation and tracking logs to ensure asset information remains current and reliable.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to support material availability for assembly line schedules.
Qualifications:
• Experience working in inventory control, stockroom, warehouse, or a similar materials management role.• Working knowledge of inventory tracking practices, asset counting methods, and record accuracy procedures.
• Ability to support physical inventory activities, including annual counts and routine cycle counting.
• Familiarity with materials used in assembly line or manufacturing environments.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and address inventory discrepancies.
• Basic computer skills for maintaining inventory records, logs, and related documentation.
• Ability to organize tasks effectively and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Compensation
