Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Welcome callers and visitors courteously, directing requests and messages to the appropriate contacts in a timely manner.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support by preparing documents, organizing files, and assisting with general office coordination.
• Enter and update information accurately in company records, spreadsheets, and shared systems while maintaining confidentiality.
• Monitor incoming emails and respond or route communications appropriately to keep internal and external correspondence organized.
• Support reception coverage and help ensure the front office remains orderly, responsive, and efficient throughout the day.
• Assist with scheduling, calendar updates, and other routine coordination tasks that help teams stay organized and on track.
• Use computer-based tools, including Google Workspace, to create documents, manage information, and support office productivity.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, receptionist, or office support role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with callers, visitors, and team members.
• Experience handling inbound phone calls and managing email correspondence in a business setting.
• Accurate data entry skills and strong attention to detail when maintaining records and documentation.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and general computer applications used in an office environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Dependable work habits and a detail-oriented approach to confidential and routine administrative responsibilities.
Compensation
