Human Resources Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, including pre-employment documentation, orientation scheduling, and onboarding support to ensure a smooth start.
• Assist with daily human resources administration by maintaining employee records, preparing HR documentation, and supporting routine personnel processes.
• Respond to employee questions regarding workplace policies, benefits, and HR procedures while escalating more complex concerns when appropriate.
• Support benefits-related tasks such as enrollment updates, status changes, and communication with employees about available programs.
• Maintain and update HRIS data to help ensure employee information is current, complete, and accurately recorded.
• Partner with HR team members and managers to help address employee relations issues with professionalism, discretion, and timely follow-up.
• Track required HR forms, compliance documents, and employment records to support organized and audit-ready personnel files.
Qualifications:
• Experience supporting human resources functions in an HR coordinator, HR assistant, or generalist capacity.• Working knowledge of employee relations practices and standard HR administrative procedures.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes and benefits administration support.
• Experience using HRIS platforms to enter, manage, and review employee data.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency with standard office software and general administrative tools.
Compensation
