Bookkeeper
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Bookkeeper for a short-term project focused on QuickBooks cleanup. This role will support the review, reconciliation, and organization of financial records to help ensure accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and clean up QuickBooks records
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Identify and correct discrepancies, duplicates, and miscoded transactions
- Organize chart of accounts and historical entries
- Assist with account adjustments and journal entries as needed
- Help ensure financial data is accurate and audit-ready
- Collaborate with internal staff to clarify prior bookkeeping entries
Qualifications:

- Previous bookkeeping experience required
- Strong proficiency with QuickBooks required
- Experience with account reconciliations and financial record cleanup
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Compensation
