Paralegal

We are looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal to support legal operations for a Contract position based in Houston, Texas. This role is ideal for someone who can manage documentation with precision, coordinate priorities in a fast-paced environment, and provide dependable support across a range of legal and administrative matters. The successful candidate will bring strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive information with care.

Responsibilities:
• Examine legal and supporting documents carefully to identify key details, inconsistencies, and required follow-up actions.
• Organize, maintain, and track case files, records, and correspondence to ensure materials are accurate and easy to retrieve.
• Assist with preparing legal documentation, summaries, and related materials for internal review and use.
• Coordinate schedules, deadlines, and document flow to help legal matters progress efficiently.
• Conduct structured reviews of records and files to support ongoing legal and administrative activities.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and external parties clearly and effectively regarding document needs and status updates.
• Support administrative tasks connected to legal work, including managing priorities and maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

• Experience working in a Paralegal role or in a comparable legal support capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to perform thorough document review with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a detail-oriented business environment.
• Proficiency in handling confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a broader team.

Compensation

$33.25-$38.50 Hourly
