IT Manager/Director
Responsibilities:
• Direct the performance, support, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise business applications to meet operational and business goals.
• Lead and mentor a small team of business systems professionals, setting priorities and encouraging high-quality execution.
• Work closely with stakeholders across departments to identify technology needs and deliver practical, scalable system solutions.
• Oversee system administration activities, including configuration, user support, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Develop and improve reporting, analytics, and data management practices to support informed business decisions.
• Coordinate application integrations and automation efforts to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
• Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements that strengthen system effectiveness and operational performance.
• Support troubleshooting efforts involving enterprise platforms, infrastructure touchpoints, and business-critical applications.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.• At least 5 years of experience supporting enterprise-level business applications.
• Prior experience leading, supervising, or mentoring technical team members.
• Strong background in data management, reporting, and working with large datasets.
• Proficiency with SQL and report development in enterprise environments.
• Working knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, or data-related tasks.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business functions.
Compensation
$140,000.00-$155,000.00 YearlyAbout Us
