Director of Digital Growth
We are looking for a strategic digital growth leader to guide customer acquisition, online channel performance, and lifecycle engagement for a financial services organization in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
This role will shape initiatives that strengthen onboarding, activation, retention, and self-service adoption while translating performance data into actionable business decisions.
The Director will work closely with cross-functional teams to align growth priorities, manage investment decisions, and deliver clear updates to executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Create and lead digital growth plans that expand customer acquisition and improve performance across the full customer journey.
• Evaluate conversion, engagement, and retention trends across digital channels and implement improvements that increase measurable results.
• Oversee growth-related spending, monitor return on investment, and adjust priorities based on performance insights and business goals.
• Develop forecasts, financial models, and business cases to support strategic planning and funding decisions.
• Present channel results, opportunities, and recommendations to senior leadership through concise reporting and data-driven analysis.
• Partner with teams across marketing, product, operations, analytics, and customer experience to coordinate execution of growth initiatives.
• Advance digital adoption and self-service usage by identifying friction points and improving customer-facing experiences.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and product professionals focused on digital performance and innovation.
• Ensure initiatives meet applicable compliance, risk, and regulatory expectations within a regulated financial environment.

Qualifications:
• At least 7 years of experience in digital growth, digital marketing, product management, or a closely related field.
• Strong background in product management and digital strategy with a track record of driving business growth.
• Experience using Power BI or similar reporting tools to analyze performance and communicate insights.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, build forecasts, and deliver measurable outcomes tied to strategic objectives.
• Background in financial services, banking, fintech, credit union, or another regulated industry is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated skill in executive communication and influencing cross-functional stakeholders within a matrixed organization.
• Knowledge of customer acquisition, lifecycle engagement, digital analytics, and customer-facing technology platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
