Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day service and administrative activities to help maintain smooth office and customer support operations.
• Process incoming orders accurately, update related records, and ensure documentation is complete and well organized.
• Communicate customer and employee feedback to leadership teams to help improve service quality and operational effectiveness.
• Partner with supervisors and department leaders to understand business needs, align support efforts, and contribute to team goals.
• Review workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical improvements that strengthen consistency and performance.
• Resolve operational issues promptly by investigating root causes and working with internal teams on effective solutions.
• Prepare reports and operational updates for management to provide visibility into team performance and process outcomes.
• Support scheduling, calendar coordination, and general administrative tasks while assisting with high-volume recruiting for entry-level roles.
• Maintain clear operating procedures and follow company, industry, and regulatory standards in daily activities.
• Provide inbound and outbound customer support as needed, delivering attentive service across call center interactions.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service, office coordination, administrative support, or a related field.• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail in a busy setting.
• Proficiency with common computer applications and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, along with strong listening and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate processes and think strategically.
• Comfortable receiving and providing constructive feedback while working collaboratively across teams.
• Availability to remain onsite overnight during snow events to help coordinate operations when required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills are preferred.
Compensation
