CW Project Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Support Medicare Advantage Risk Adjustment Data Validation audit activities by coordinating tasks, aligning team efforts, and helping deliver work within established timelines.
• Maintain project records and distribute key materials such as plans, timelines, scope details, deliverables, and stakeholder information to keep participants informed and organized.
• Track milestones, action items, and deadlines while following up with stakeholders to promote steady progress and timely completion of assignments.
• Share updates on project status, priorities, and next steps so team members and committees have clear, accurate information for decision-making.
• Review data and documentation to identify patterns, support audit readiness, and help ensure work is completed in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Respond to questions related to project activities, documentation, deliverables, and processes while providing dependable administrative support to managers and teams.
• Recommend practical improvements to coordination methods, reporting approaches, and document management practices to strengthen project execution.
• Assist with handling and organizing medical record files, including splitting and combining documents in Adobe when needed.
• Contribute to additional project or departmental assignments as business needs evolve.
Qualifications:
• Associate’s degree or at least two years of relevant experience.• Minimum of three years of experience in an administrative, project support, or coordination-focused role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word, with intermediate Excel skills including formulas, sorting, filtering, and pivot tables.
• Experience working with large data sets and maintaining accurate records in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide clear updates and documentation.
• Familiarity with auditing, compliance-related work, or regulated processes is preferred.
• Experience using Adobe tools to organize, split, and combine medical record documents is preferred.
Compensation
