Office Manager
We are looking for an organized Office Manager to support daily administrative operations. This contract position requires someone who can keep the office running efficiently, provide front-desk support, and coordinate essential supplies and financial paperwork. The ideal candidate is dependable and comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with a high level of service to internal teams and visitors.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day office activities to maintain an efficient, well-organized administrative environment.
• Coordinate the purchasing of office materials and ensure essential items are consistently available for staff use.
• Monitor inventory levels, track supply usage, and restock resources to prevent operational disruptions.
• Support accounts payable tasks by preparing, reviewing, and processing routine invoices and related documentation.
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming communications, delivering attentive front-desk assistance.
• Maintain office records, files, and administrative documents with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and general clerical support to help teams stay organized and productive.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in office administration, office management, or a similar support role.• Ability to manage supply ordering, inventory oversight, and general workplace coordination.
• Working knowledge of accounts payable processes and basic financial documentation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide attentive receptionist and front-desk support.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with standard office software and administrative systems.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
Compensation
