Talent Acquisition
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Manage candidate communication and provide timely updates
- Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Assist recruiters with sourcing and pipeline management
- Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks and onboarding documentation
- Prepare offer letters and assist with offer administration
- Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes
- Track recruiting metrics and generate reports as needed
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from application to hire
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or administrative experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred
Compensation
