Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Manage candidate communication and provide timely updates
• Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Assist recruiters with sourcing and pipeline management
• Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks and onboarding documentation
• Prepare offer letters and assist with offer administration
• Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes
• Track recruiting metrics and generate reports as needed
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from application to hire

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or administrative experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred
